Arvind holds an engineering degree in electronics & communication and has more than thirteen years of experience analyzing patent portfolios in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)field. He has specialization in evaluating Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and handles the business aspects of SEP litigation/licensing. He offers a wide range of services related to SEPs.
He understands standards declared by ETSI such as 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G including V2X, NB-IoT, IEEE/WiFi Alliance (802.1x), and video coding standards (AVC/H.264, HEVC/H.265, VVC/H.266, AV1, VP9, VP10).
Arvind has a great passion for cooking and loves to cook food for his kids and wife in his free time.
Working as Senior Manager at Scintillation Research and Analytics, he is responsible for conducting patent searches including patentability/novelty searches, freedom-to-operate analysis, infringement analysis, patent landscape study, EoU/claim charts preparation, performing QC of IP reports, and other IP analysis services.
